Je suis inspiree par la violence faite aux femmes car voyez-vous il y a pas mal de femmes qui sont victimes partout dans leur foyer, leur travail parce qu'elles sont des femmes. Particulièrement dans mon pays ces abus sont très courants et c'est pour cela que je me suis engagée dans le mouvement feministe afin de faire respecter les droits des femmes partout ailleurs. I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. Leaders must be adventurous enough to get knocked down but resilient enough to get back up and keep on moving. The world needs leaders!!! ( read more)
