Inspiration for me really comes from several different aspects: physical, emotional, and spiritual. I am inspired by people who despite their physical deprivation are capable of standing up against injustice by voicing their rights and "walking the walk." A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights.
